Our enchanting 45-minute classes are a combination of soothing massage strokes and delightful songs and stories carried out over the child's clothes by caregiver.

The Classes are designed for children and caregiver to provide a beneficial experience that teaches valuable massage techniques whilst enjoying fun interactions of music, stories and activities. 

 

We have a variety of shakers, scarves, and an array of sensory toys to keep little hands busy. We love to encourage little ones to bring their favourite doll or teddy bear to join in the fun.

Which class to book?​​

Song & Story Massage Class (Pre Crawler)

The pre crawler class is aimed at baby's who are 6 weeks to pre crawling and offers a safe space for babies not yet on the move. It is a great opportunity for them to engage in a stimulating active song and story class whilst gaining the benefits of infant massage.

Song & Story Massage Class (Pre Walker)

The pre walker class is aimed at inquisitive baby's who are more mobile but not yet walking. This ensures a safe space for the baby's to benefit from the interactive songs and story class whilst enjoying the effects of massage and positive touch.

Song & Story Massage Class (Toddler)

The toddler classes are designed at children  who are moving and able to enjoy the energetic style of the class. Here, little ones can enjoy the joy of massage through music and stories while discovering fantastic techniques that promote their wellbeing. Our routines help toddlers learn mindful practices to regulate their emotions in a fun, pressure-free environment at our Islington and Muswell Hill locations. Even if your child prefers to observe, you can take home these calming techniques for relaxation and grounding whenever needed.
